Garon HartSince 1987, Garon Hart has specialized in of all types of printed and collateral materials, including brochures, catalogs, technical manuals, magazines, reports and books. As principal of Garon Hart Graphic Designs, Garon’s clients include educational institutions, hospitals and corporate clients, as well restaurants and publishing companies. READ MORE.... Garon graduated from the University of Georgia (UGA) in 1974 with a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design. Before starting his own design studio, he had extensive experience working for university design departments and was an active member in professional associations, such as University and College Designers Association (UCDA), where he served as President and Board member for the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). Also, he has been a member of the Graphic Artist Guild and the American Institute of Graphic Arts. His work has been recognized by numerous awards from UCDA, CASE, the Printing Industry Association of Georgia and Consolidated Papers. In 2009, Garon self-published a book entitled, The University of Georgia: Images and Recollections, a 144-page, hard cover book of 131 photographs of the UGA campus with recollections from various alumni. Garon took 107 of the photographs and also designed the book. |
